How and where do you learn to do this http://bellbros.com/ ? (i mean the animation)

Is there a tutorial or something? I know a bit of javascript but when i look at the code they write, i don't understand a thing =( How do i reach such level

What you see on that site is more than JavaScript.

It also relies heavily on CSS Transitions and Transforms, and the JavaScript extensively uses jQuery. The courses linked in the previous sentence may be helpful in being able to understand that code and the techniques being used there.
