Hi there, when i follow the lesson and change the words (not the codes) no result no reflect

Hello, when I follow the everything first time, it works, However when I tried to choose my own words , for example, instead of (spaghetti carbonara) when I choose different words,, no results no reflect and what is displayed is that the old words such as spaghetti carbonara. I tried to make a new file but the same old results appearing. How can I fix that ?
