Hi Shlomi! I replied to the email that you sent in to Support as well about this. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

You might want to put this info out for everyone else to see, because I just started PRO and there's NO WAY to download videos for offline usage. I got this because I want to be able to watch the videos offline...

Hi Katiuska! It looks like you're on the Basic plan, which does not include the option to download videos. You would need to upgrade to the $49 Pro plan to have that option, which can be done through the Subscription page in the Account Settings. I hope this helps!

I realize that, Kara. What I want to know is will I encounter problems downloading videos after I've done that and how can those issues be solved, should I encounter them.
