5,532 Pointsdownload java 9. https://jdk9.java.net/download/ open command prompt or cmd: go to java bin for example: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-9\bin execute command "jshell"
BTW you can add in the windows environmental variables so that you can just directly type jshell without going to the java/bin
