hi guys im facing a poblem here can some one help me

app.js 
let points = 100;
bonusPts = 50;
let points += bonusPts;
console.log(points);

Hello Sean Marevanhema so the issue you are running into is

let points = 100;
bonusPts = 50;
let points += bonusPts;
console.log(points);

On line 1 you declare you points variable and assign it the value of 100. However on line 3 it looks like you are trying to declare another variable named points but since points was already declared on line 1 it will error out.

If you like what you can do is move the let keyword from line 3 to line 2. That way the points variable can be updated with its new value on line 3.

Or since bonusPts will always be 50 you could keep the initial const keyword that was there
