Hi, anyone knows how to contact to the enrollment department?

Today in the morning i by mistakenly upgraded to the tech degree account , Then I downgraded it to basic plan , which I'm currently using , now i received a message that my account has been deducted for $108 something , please i need a reply from the enrollment department ,why they charging me for this and i need my refund ? If anyone knows please give me a reference contact so that i can contact to them. Thank you.

But be aware that the standard office hours are Monday through Thursday (and today is Friday).
