Here's the question: "Type in the command to push the new branch and changes on it to the remote." I'm lost...

I'm just lost on this one.

I'm not sure what you're lost with, but the remote is where the repository is located. So when you clone the project and make changes, you want to push them to the originating location so the changes can be implemented in the final build. The command for this is:

git push origin <branch>
