Sometimes it helps to break up a task into smaller parts:

  • Create a label:point_left: add a pair of tags for the new element
  • with a for attribute   :point_left: put a "for=" in the first tag
  • ...that matches the input element's ID:point_left: make the "for" reference the ID of the <input>
  • Between the label tags, write the text "Name:".   :point_left: then just add this text
