You have to make a method named "getTileCount" that receives a character, and you have to see how many times that character appears in the mHand variable. In order to do that, you have to "convert" the mHand with the function ".toCharArray()" so you can check in every char in that variable. You can do it like this:

  public int getTileCount(char tile){
    int count = 0;
    for(char each: mHand.toCharArray()){
      if (each == tile){
        count++;
      }
    }
    return count;
  }
