1,757 PointsHelp!! My Index.html has disappeared!
Hi all,
Not quite sure what has happened, but I'm about half way through the 'How to make a website course'... When I've returned to Workspaces, my index.html file has completely disappeared, but the CSS and all thew images are still there. Not sure if I deleted it accidentally or what, but anyway I can retrieve it or revert to an older version??
Thanks!

1,757 PointsOk thanks... It could be bad connection but it had been saved several times before (over several days), so curious that it should just disappear suddenly. Yes I guess the only option is to recode it... I'm not against doing that as it's a good learning experience as you say, though I'm only a beginner so it's a bit of pain having to look bad over previous videos to get the information I need!
Thanks for the response anyway, and sorry about the typos :D

Courses Plus Student 12,281 PointsWell, First I fixed some of your typo's.
And I'm not sure if you can retrieve it. Maybe it didn't save properly because a bad connection? Typically I work in sublime text 2 which has a feature built in to autosave. If you where editing the file in vim through iTerm (2.0) you can not accidentally delete it as easily in my opinion.
This doesn't directly fix the problem, With a web host you can contact them and get the database backed up, I'll look into this more.
For now I would suggest recoding it and not worrying about it, Backtracking code is a great way to get better.
