26,052 Pointsformat is a method to be used on a string. You call this method by typing the string you want to modify and append ".format()" to the string. Within the parentheses of the format method. you place the string you want to add into your previous string.
For example: variable = "String you want to modify via format with a placeholder identified by curly braces {}".format(variable_holding_string_you_wish_to_add)
Hopefully that helps you get to the answer.
