help!!!!!! it keeps saying i didn't include style tag!! it's right there what am I doing wrong???

Can someone look at my code and help? It keeps saying I'm not including my style tag but I did. I do not understand what I'm doing incorrect.

Simple fix, you seem to have removed the body tags around these two lines. Put the body tags back and you should be fine.
