Help For Node on Ruby on Rails

I've downloaded Ruby and have done the installation. On the Ruby on Rails welcome page, it has my JavaScript Runtime as JScript and not Node as the video says. I have already downloaded Node per the instructions, but it's not showing up there. What do I do?

Hi, Annette Martinez:

Being a heavy user of Node.js on both Windows and Mac, it has a dedicated installer to run after you download it.

If you're on Windows, you can verify Node is on your computer by typing node or npm -h or messages or an interactive REPL (be able to type more code for it to later evaluate) to verify it's installed on your computer.

Thanks for your help Kevin. I do have Node on my computer, it just was not showing up on Localhost:3000. But, I uninstalled everything that I had installed for this and re-installed and now Node shows up and so far, I'm good.
