I changed today my enrollment from 49$ to 25$ and my workspaces doesen't work, this should be normal? I don't have access to the workspace anymore?

Treehouse TeacherWorkspaces are part of the Basic subscription plan, but there are currently users experiencing workspace issues across the board right now. I've put in a question to Support about it, but haven't heard back yet. The message that's appearing for some is that there's some emergency maintenance going on right now. I have no doubt that they're working on it right now. And rest assured, it has nothing to do with your subscription plan

Treehouse Project ReviewerI contacted them already and they said that it's returned but i can see this only tomorrow because of location and bank policy, till tomorrow i just guess that everything it's ok. I am sure that they can fix the problems and as you wrote, timing. I just wanted to continue one css course and the workspace didn't load. Thank you anyway for your patience.

Treehouse TeacherI would say that the timing is horrible in your case. I've been here for over a year and this is a very rare occurrence. Keep in mind that I'm not staff but also a student like yourself. Scheduled maintenance is generally announced at http://status.teamtreehouse.com which means that this is something out of the ordinary and some users have reported receiving an alert about an "emergency maintenance". I cannot reproduce this alert, but am inclined to believe them.
About your billing, you should definitely contact help@teamtreehouse.com directly and have them check on that. I've never found support to be anything but extremely helpful.
