33,833 PointsMy experience, I found it easier to use Xcode 8 for this course. On Youtube you can look up "How to Install Xcode 8.3.3 Side by Side with Xcode 9" and watch a video on installing Xcode8 and Xcode9 on the same computer. If you understand the difference between Xcode 9 and Xcode 8 (Swift 3 vs Swift4) and can update your code, great.
