Treehouse TeacherHi there! The answer to this is largely going to depend on your operating system. My guess is here that you are not using a standard US keyboard on your end. Don't worry, I'm also in this situation. When working in the workspaces terminal, you are working directly on their systems which means that you're subject to their keymappings. There are a couple of solutions here.
You can switch your keyboard setting on your OS to English(US keyboard). This is likely what you will have to do if you're using macOS. However, if you're using Windows, you have another alternative.
You can use what is known as "alt codes". This means that you hold down the alt key (not alt gr) and then type in some numbers on your numberpad (assuming you have one). The @ sign is alt + 64, and the ~ is alt + 126. You can find a more exhaustive list here
