I've read many of the posts concerning this but I'm still at a loss. I've tried a few versions but this is my latest:
SELECT email, REPLACE(email, "@", "<at>") = "<at>" AS obfuscated_email FROM customers

You don't need the 'email' after the select you're trying to select it twice.

6,332 PointsThat was the magic solution. It wasn't clear to me from other posts that using the REPLACE function with 'email' inside eliminated the need to state 'email' separately. Thanks.
