Having trouble with a map here...

Question

So in the video we watch before this challenge, Craig is seen making a map very similar to the one I have written out, but I get a compile error saying that basically my for-each loops have to be in a method/constructor, but Craig's syntax looks the same to me! What is going wrong here? How else could I make a "method" that returns a map?
