I'm having trouble downloading the image file. Thereby, my question is what may i be doing wrong?

42,016 Pointsare you clicking the download link in the video's teacher's notes? here is a link to the download that is listed there. You will need to unarchive it once its downloaded. What exactly is happening when you download it?

1,501 PointsIf you are having trouble uploading the images to the workspace, use chrome instead of firefox.

42,016 Pointsits a pretty small file so no. try the link I mentioned in my answer and see if it takes a while as well. I just tried it and it took 2 seconds for me.

UX Design Techdegree Student 11,812 PointsI have tried. I'm using Safari, but that shouldn't be the problem. I unzipped the file. Dragged it to the upload area on the bottom left corner, and it's still saying uploading img.

42,016 Pointsah so you are having upload issues, not download issues. I would try with chrome then as Chris suggested. It seems workspaces still have some kinks that need to be worked out.
