Haven't studied in a couple of weeks due to strenuous work schedule. Now I'm finding hard to get back. Any advice?

I've been there before honestly don't be afraid to start from the first course again on the track your on. Depending on what your learning and how you were getting it, its always a good idea to redo code challenges and rewatch videos. I think the main things is trying to find consistency and asking yourself if you feel like your learning. Also helping people answer questions on the community forum is awesome. Almost like getting flashcards for a test you get a wide variety of problems from different sections. Im working on iOS and answer those types of questions.

Hope that helps never stop especially if you want to learn programing! Focus on personal goals don't worry about how long it takes

I agree with Jonathan. I've had to do this more than once (or twice). I'd add to his advice this bit; go back and start doing the quizzes and challenges until they start getting slightly challenging but not overwhelming. Your ideal learning point is right at that spot where you have to think a little, but it's not impossible. When you find that spot, go back a video or two and pick up there.

Jonathan is right about answering questions also. When I first got started answering, I was terrified. But there are a few great things about answering questions for other people that I never expected. They can always respond with a follow up question about "why" or "how"? It wasn't until that point that I started viewing the documentation as my friend instead of some sort of alien gibberish I was never going to understand. It's a great review. You get to see alternate solutions. It also gives you sort of a "hawk eye" for spotting syntax errors, which ultimately, makes your own debugging infinitely easier.

Hang in there! :sparkles:

It most definitely is. On a side note, if you've had a stressful day and it's been crazy, I would suggest you not try and absorb new material that day. Go back and do one of the challenges you've already done. See if you can do it faster and if the instructions made more sense, the terminology was clearer etc. It's better to build up your foundation than try and take on new things that you know are likely going to be forgotten by tomorrow.
