Looks like your issue may be with this block

public int GetCountOfLetter (char tile) { // this variable name should be "letter"
    int count = 0;
    for (char tile : tiles.toCharArray()) {
        if (tiles == letter) {
            count++;
        }
    }
    return count;
}

Your first line of that block creates a new variable named "tile" based on the input.

Then when you run your for loop, you create another variable named tile that conflicts with the existing variable.

You then try to compare "tile" and the nonexistent "letter" variable.
