512 PointsIt is always helpful to show the relevant section of the log with the details for the error (or the full log if you don't understand what you see).
That said, I just faced a similar problem though for different reasons. The reason overall was that gradle dependencies couldn't be met. First thing I noted was that being connected online solved part of the errors. Second, after reading a lot of Stackoverflow questions and answers, you might have to install manually missing packages and other times configure android studio to get packages for you automatically (assuming you are connected to the Internet).
So if you need better help, please post your log so we can understand what exactly seems to be the problem. And try Stackoverflow as well. Whatever problem you will encounter, you are unlikely to be the first one to have encountered it.
Cheers, Toussaint.

Treehouse TeacherHmm I don't know of any way to reliably solve this, but whenever something weird happens in Android Studio there's a couple things you can try. First you can clean the project, (Build -> Clean Project). If that doesn't work, you can try File -> Invalidate Caches / Restart.
Hope that helps!
