Just wanted to say thank you to Treehouse. Thanks to following the awesome tracks and courses on this site for about 12 months I just landed my first job as a software developer. Starting out I never really thought this would be possible just just by following online courses. I went in to all of this with a mindset of just learning some basics for the fun of it. However about a year later I noticed that I was confident enough to apply for a job in this field and the first job I applied for I got. A big thumbs up for your great work, I will most definitely keep on following the courses here. Now I need to learn all there is to know about React as the job that I am starting October 1:st requires these skills :)

14,940 PointsThat's awesome, Erik! We need more students coming forward with their success stories. There should be a special section for it where all the reports are easily viewable. It's not very often to get someone like yourself posting about it.
I took a look at your profile to see what direction you went in. You started in Java. Then to PHP.. and now JavaScript. Which language came in most handy to land you the job?
