• Cost-effective, (is the cost of getting the information prohibitive – cost benefit analysis)

• Sufficient accurate,

• Reliability / Verified? o From a source in which use has confidence / Reliable

Sources of information & Business functions areas • Internal o Sales / Marketing ¦ Attendance ¦ Reprographics ¦ External Training ¦ Finance ¦ Personnel/HR ¦ Admin or Student Data ¦ Student Support ¦ Library ¦ Subject Departments
