Github Pull - Invalid User

I created a private repository on Github.

I followed the first and added it as origin.

When I try to push via git push -u origin master

It does not let me type in a username or password -- simply tells me that the authentication failed.

Also, I imagine he will go over this but we can only have one origin I assume. How do I delete and create a new origin ?

Apologies ! That is incredibly odd. The first ~5 times it did not work. I tried again and it allows input. Weird.

I am getting this error as well I have tried typing in my username and password multiple times but it is not working. Just to be sure I put my my github username and password right? As I am logged into github using google do I use my email address as my username, or just use the designated username that github has given me.

managed to sort it as well, I just changed my password!
