GitHub change tracking for multi device coding?

Thanks in advance for your help here.

I'm just learning how to use Git Hub and wanted to know if it's the best way for me to develop from 2 different devices? What I mean is I use a home computer for a few hours a day and later that day I may be on the road and wanting to use a laptop.

What would be the best way to accomplish coding from 2 different computers but making sure all my changes are tracked in GitHub?
