I have been stuck on this challenge for several hours. I feel that I'm very close to solving it but I am having trouble. It says that the hand was "sreclhak", 'e' was checked , expected 1 but got 8. I think its something with my if statement condition but I am not sure. Any ideas?
public class ScrabblePlayer {
private String mHand;
public ScrabblePlayer() {
mHand = "";
}
public String getHand() {
return mHand;
}
public void addTile(char tile) {
// Adds the tile to the hand of the player
mHand += tile;
}
public boolean hasTile(char tile) {
return mHand.indexOf(tile) > -1;
}
public int getTileCount(char tile1) {
int count = 0;
for (char tile: mHand.toCharArray()) {
if (mHand.indexOf(tile1) >= 0) {
count++;
}
}
return count;
}
}

Treehouse Project ReviewerIn your getTitleCount method, try making a new array that mHand.toCharArray() is assigned to. Then have your for loop loop through that instead. I'll leave the rest up to you, but feel free to ask me to clarify further if you need. Everything else looks great!
