8,964 PointsYour CSS is selecting a footer element, and applying a green color to the text. In your HTML, you have not included a footer element, so there will be no change of text color. Unless I am not understanding your question? Your source code is a little messed up on my screen. (I am also assuming that you have included the head and body elements, as they do not appear in the source you posted. If you have not, then that will cause errors as well)
