843 PointsFont weight does not change to 800px
As Nick does, I want to change the weight of my nav items to 800px. My HTML and CSS seem to be correct but the change does not reflect when refreshing. When inspected in Chrome, it appears to warn that '800px' is an invalid property value.
HTML code:
<!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <meta charset="utf-8"> <title>Crina Burroughs | Designer</title> <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/normalize.css"> <link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Changa+One|Open+Sans:400,400i,700,800" rel="stylesheet"> <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/main.css"> </head>
CSS code:
nav a { font-weight: 800px; padding: 15px 10px; }
Thank you in advance

2,933 PointsI believe font-weight does not use px values. If you want a font-weight of 800, you just use font-weight: 800;
Hope this helps

843 PointsThank you for your answer! Why does Nick write '800px' then...? Hmmm...

2,933 PointsHave you watched the entire video? Sometimes after teacher compiles, he realizes and error and fixes it. I know it happens a lot in the C# track :P I don't know for your specific video. Has font-weight: 800 worked?

843 PointsYes, it worked! And he doesn't correct it. Anyway, good for other people to know this. Thanks for your help!
