I have no idea what to do next, will somebody please help me?

23,118 PointsThe first thing I would check is to see if the path of your files is aligned correctly within desktop server. Let us know what you come up with.

23,118 PointsBecause the video instructs you on how to set up desktop server. Since there is a 404 error message that is saying that there is a server error and cannot reach the requested url. That tells us that there are two possibles issues going on, one, the desktop server is not running properly and can not reach the url, and or the path that the desktop server is running is not correct.
