In previous video we equally distributed nav li items using flex-grow:1, but in this video Guil used the flex:1 property to equally align columns. What is the difference between them?

Thank you for your answer. Maybe I didn't formulate my question properly. My query is about the difference between flex and flex-grow css properties not their values.
