flatMap and Stream::of vs. Collection::stream

I tried to use flatMap the other day on a stream of one of the collection classes instead of arrays and it did not work as demonstrated in the video with Stream::of. It seems like Collection::stream is a more broadly applicable solution for this problem. A good explanation can be found on Stackoverflow.
