16,594 PointsIf the question is do you need a normalize css for an image gallery the answer is no. However, it's always a good idea to use normalize for anything that is intended for someone else to see. If I'm experimenting on something I might make a quick single page file. No normalize. But anything that is a project that would potentially be viewed in other browsers normalize is the way to go. I would say If you're doing a project for techDegree, normalize should be there.
