Hey treehouser's!
I'd like to get some feedback on a design of my personal portfolio.
It should be obvious that a went for a simple, minimalistic flat design.
The big image is supposed to be a slider that works kinda like the slider in a post that Chris Coyier did on CSS-tricks (http://css-tricks.com/slider-with-sliding-backgrounds/).

3,426 PointsI tend to think landing pages should provide content in a somewhat linear fashion that gives users the opportunity to engage with content associated with all top level pages, not just 1 or 2.
So, looking at your current design, you have 4 top level pages (3 if "om" means "home" which I'm guessing it does, but only invite the user to interact with and view 1 type of content from your main landing page. Now of course, as a designer, you want to draw attention to your work first, because that is what you want your users / prospective clients to see, but you should also make provisions within the content on your home / landing page to invite users to connect with you, or read some of your recent blog posts.
So adding something like a simple call to action question and a button to bring the user to your contact page would be a good idea, and maybe even adding a section with a feature image and summary of your most recent blog post.

"om" means "about" in danish. The logo in the middle would then link to the homepage as usual.
You are totally right in regards to adding some call to action button, but in this case I am gonna refrain from that, due to the reason that I am employed, and actually not actively seeking new clients :)

But i'm always open for collaborative fun projects :)
