Hello all!
I was wondering what will happen to the UX Foundations course now that Allison has left? Will we get the finished content?

First, Allison did a great job during her time at Treehouse and we'll miss her a lot!
Second, we're likely going to retire the two stages of UX Foundations that have been released and replace it later this year. Let me explain...
We're transitioning to full-project releases. This also means that we're pushing for higher quality on many elements of content production, both on-camera and behind-the-scenes. We're close to a final decision on UX Foundations, but I think we're going to have to retire the content that's present and rebuild the course to meet our newer standards of quality. This hasn't been an easy thing to decide and I know that's frustrating news to hear, but rest assured, the new UX Foundations will be worth the wait and will be a much better course overall. We have big plans!
If you have any questions about this, feel free to reply to this thread. We're still in the process of figuring this out, so I don't have all the answers yet, but I'd be happy to address any concerns.

I just took the UX foundations and I'm sad to see it retire, but if there will be a better UX foundations, I'm all for it and I'm eager for it's release!
