Export icons from Sketches, but they are still not sharp. Anyone can help?

I have been following all the tips given in this class, the icons are in a size that is divisible for 2 so 50x50px (so 100x100px per the retina version). But when i export them in PNG from Sketches they still look kind of blurry Do you have any idea of why this is happening?

When you save asset as a @1x image (non-retina display), and preview it on your macbook it doubles its size and the images become blurry. So @2x image will appear clearer. Also , check preferences>General>sub-pixel antialias on
