Exiting Objective error msg

Here's the error msg: Didn't get an exit from start_movie.

Here's my code for 'Exiting' objective. What's causing this error?

Sorry can't get the code to show with proper indentation and spacing

The or should be an and. In the truthtable below, you can see the difference in results between or and and:
