Java Java Objects Harnessing the Power of Objects Throwing Exceptions

EXCEPTION USE

Hi team, I don´t understand why it doesn't work!!!! Help me please...

GoKart.java
class GoKart {
  public static final int MAX_BARS = 8;
  private String color;
  private int barCount;
  private int lapsDriven;

  public GoKart(String color) {
    this.color = color;
  }

  public String getColor() {
    return color;
  }
  public void charge() {
    barCount = MAX_BARS;
  }

  public boolean isBatteryEmpty() {
    return barCount == 0;
  }

  public boolean isFullyCharged() {
    return MAX_BARS == barCount;
  }

  public void drive() {
    drive(1);
    if (barCount < 0){
      throw new IllegalArgumentException("Low Batery..");
    }
  }

  public void drive(int laps) {
    lapsDriven += laps;
    barCount -= laps;
  }
}

Instead of throwing an exception upon determining that barCount is already negative, the challenge wants you to throw an exception to prevent barCount from getting an invalid value. It also is expecting you to modify the drive method with the laps parameter rather than the one with no parameters.
