Every time on Challenge 3 of 3 the screen will not let me do the challenge as can't click screen. NO error, stuck.

I keep redoing this challenge. Same result each time. It says to add the hyperlinks to the UL LI and I cannot because I lose ability to click the code page so I can't enter any code to do the 3rd part of the challenge. All other items on page seem to work so I can navigate back or out of the program. I just can't complete challenge so I can move along in my program.

The obvious things to try are trying again, trying a different browser, clearing the cache (i prefer not to do this as i've always been anxious about losing other stuff in cache). If it continues to happen, then take a screenshot and email help. (fyi, it's not a general error, task 3 works for other people).
