even/odd return true/false function

So i am getting the typeerror : 'int' object is not iterable

even.py 
def even_odd(num):
    while True:
        for i in num:
            if i % 2 == 0:
                return True
            else:
                return False

You can't use "for" for the argument of this function, because it is an integer, and integers are not iterable, strings and lists are.

You dont need the for or while loops. Integers are not iterable.

The solution is simple:

def even_odd(num):
      if num % 2 == 0:
              return True
      else:
              return False
