6,605 PointsYou can't use "for" for the argument of this function, because it is an integer, and integers are not iterable, strings and lists are.

12,166 PointsYou dont need the for or while loops. Integers are not iterable.
The solution is simple:
def even_odd(num):
if num % 2 == 0:
return True
else:
return False
