2,973 PointsEscape sequence for brackets in regular expressions
So in regexes, brackets are used for grouping and when a character has a function like that it is meant to have an escape sequence so you have a way to type it as a normal character. Unfortunately, I'm unable to find any escape sequence for brackets. Btw I'm using java in case this problem is just specific to java or something like that.
