I understand that other people are having this issue as well. it seems as if its an individual one, is there any way i could get some help activating my console. please i would greatly appreciate it.

I had the exact same issue last night. Apparently, it does indeed happen on a user basis, so just drop them a line (either through support or on twitter) and they can fix it up for you. Had mine fixed this morning before I even woke up!
