error running "bundle exec rails server" executed from the testapp directory is returning error

After i got the error that it cant find config.ru when running "rails new testapp" I get the error running "bundle exec rails server" executed from the testapp directory is returning the error "could not locate Gemfile". any ideas? help?

I had this same problem. Turns out you have to be in the testapp directory before you can run "bundle exec rails server" successfully. So, just: cd testapp first.
