Error "mFirstName" should have passed, but "fieldName must start with m" was reported.

Not sure why I can't pass this challenge

TeacherAssistant.java
public class TeacherAssistant {

  public static String validatedFieldName(String fieldName) {
    // These things should be verified:
    // 1. Member fields must start with an 'm'
    if(fieldName.indexOf(0) != 'm'){
      throw new IllegalArgumentException("fieldName must start with m");}
    // 2. The second letter in the field name must be uppercased to ensure camel-casing
    if(fieldName.indexOf(1) < 'A' || fieldName.indexOf(1) > 'Z'){
      throw new IllegalArgumentException("second letter in the field name must be uppercased");}
    // NOTE: To check if something is not equal use the != symbol. eg: 3 != 4
    return fieldName;}}

You need to use charAt() not indexOf() to get a character at a certain index. indexOf() is the other way around. It gives you the index of a certain character.
