Python Python Basics (2015) Logic in Python Try and Except

Error message

I can not find the error i made.I feel i did everything that was told.

    def add(num1,num2):
    num1 = float(num1)

    return num1 + num2
except ValueError:

You have some things out of order.

Since you're defining a function, the def line should be the very first thing.

Also check your indentation, everything in the function should be indented, some things more than others.
