366 PointsError loading this content?
When I try and watch the past 4 videos, I have received an error message that simply states "Error loading this resource." after 2-3 seconds of play and I can't go any further in the video. I can download the video and watch it from there, but not through the interface. What can I check? I'm at work and know it could be a firewall setting, but the first several played without issues.

4,731 PointsHi Charles,
My apologies for any inconvenience caused. Very commonly, this error refers to a local network issue. Since you haven't seen it before, it tends to suggest a one-off situation. It is largely a temporary hiccup, especially if you've been viewing content without seeing it ever before. Anecdotally, I see it occasionally on my home network, too, when bandwidth and connectivity are shaky.
I may recommend clearing your browser's cookies/cache and rebooting your modem/router (if at all possible) and computer and giving it another go. If it's still giving you issues, please try to access the video once more from a different network as a test. If it works as expected there, it may point to your original network and, like you said, potential firewall issues. If not, please confirm with us the URL of the video, your browser and OS versions, and a screenshot if possible. Feel free to email Support too for additional help- help@teamtreehouse.com Thanks!
