Error: invalid use of '()' to call...

I downloaded the code directly from the site and can't seem to compile. I get this error for the "if-let indexPath" line of code:

override func prepareForSegue(segue: UIStoryboardSegue, sender: AnyObject?) { if segue.identifier == "showDetail" { if let indexPath = self.tableView.indexPathForSelectedRow() { let fruit = fruits[indexPath.row] (segue.destinationViewController as! DetailViewController).detailItem = fruit } }

The error is "Invalid us of the '()' to call a value of non-function type 'NSIndex"
