Error installing Ruby, Post-SSL fix

Hey All,

Hopefully I'm just missing one step here. I've got through most of the installs and I got the same SSL error everyone did. I placed the new .pem file into my ssl_certs file, and then I tried to "gem install bundler" again in my cmd prompt. However, now I am getting a different error:

ERROR: While executing gem ... <OpenSSL::X509::StoreError>

Does anyone know what I am missing here? I'm using Ruby2.1.0

My operating system is Windows 8, and the whole error message (which for some reason didn't display above) is

ERROR: While executing gem ... openSSL X509 StoreError
