ERROR About Index File After Trying to Add Image Folder

When I added the image folder to be able to pull images from to place on the project I now receive an error stating my index.html file can not be found on the server. I have refreshed the folder and completely reopened workspaces, I have also made sure the index.html is outside of the image folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just an update. Below is the error I continue to receive.

Not Found

The requested URL /index.html/ was not found on this server.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check your codes in index.html, maybe is there some error.

I went through and everything is the same. I completely redid the code and it still gave me the error.
