In Context.cs use the Fluent API in the OnModelCreating method to configure the CourseStudent.Grade property to have a precision of "4" and a scale of "3". This will allow the associated database column to store values between "0.000" and "1.000" (i.e. between 0.0% and 100.0%).
I've been working on this code challenge and I always get an error "Bummer! Did you call the model Builder's Entity method? " .I am not able to find the mistake I'm doing in the code.
using System.Data.Entity;
namespace Treehouse.CodeChallenges
{
public class Context : DbContext
{
public Context()
{
Database.SetInitializer(new DropCreateDatabaseAlways<Context>());
}
public DbSet<Course> Courses { get; set; }
protected override void OnModelCreating(DbModelBuilder modelBuilder)
{
// modelBuilder.Conventions.Remove<PluralizingTableNameConvention>();
// modelBuilder.Conventions.Remove<DecimalPropertyConvention>();
// modelBuilder.Conventions.Add(new DecimalPropertyConvention(4,3));
modelBuilder.Entity<CourseStudent>().Property(c => c.Grade).HasPrecision(4,3);
}
}
}

14,849 PointsI was finally able to fix the error. The code is just fine. All that I had to do is to remove those comments from the code. Hope this helps someone some day :-) .
